African-Youth Debate Camp

AYDC 2023

April 8th-9th (Online)

The first edition of the African-Youth Debate Camp will feature two experiences trainers in the World Schools Debate format. This online (Zoom) camp is completely free but is limited to 20 participants. The camp is designed to be as accessible as possible and help get interested students familiar with the WSDC debate format and have a chance to participate in min-debates. Participants should expect to receive intensive training sessions and lots of feedback during their mini-debates. All participants will receive an ASDF certificate of achievement at the end of the camp. The top debater will receive a t-shirt shipped to their home.

A more advanced camp for experienced debaters will take over in the summer of 2023, stay tuned for that if you are an experienced debater!
